Air Transportation
All attendees and guests will receive non-refundable, roundtrip coach class air transportation from their home cities to Maui using our preselected negotiated airline partners. If applicable, we will be using past airline credits held in your name from the canceled 2020 program due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
To expedite our booking process, please be sure to provide the following information when registering:
- Full Legal Name, Date of Birth, and Gender for you and your guest.
- Please indicate travel preferences, TSA pre-check/Global Entry (KTN) numbers, frequent flyer details and dates of travel.
A member of our air department will be contacting you directly within 24 business hours of your registration completion with an initial E-mail to include potential flight options.
Once you have confirmed your flights, your tickets will be issued and a confirmation will be E-mailed to you. Be sure to look over your arrival and departure information with your final hotel confirmation arrangements to ensure accuracy.

Ground Transportation
Ground transportation will be provided for you and your guest over the official program dates (all arrivals from December 10-13 and December 16 departures). If you are extending outside of these dates, and/or with additional guests or children, ground transportation will be at your own expense.
On arrival at Kahului International Airport on Maui, you will be met by a program representative holding a Caliber Circle of Excellence sign. The representative will assist with luggage handling and provide transportation to the hotel.
Return departure information (departure notice) from the hotel to the airport on December 16 will be provided during the COE registration at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa.
